Our 5 bedroom Orchard apartment is fully renovated & we are looking for easy going, working professionals to share the place that is very well maintained and clean.

Orchard MRT station is only 5mins walk  from our apartment. It takes only 10mins to get from our apartment to either Marina Bay or Raffles Place.  Taxi stand is directly outside our building. We are also easily accessible via buses from British Council, Dempsey Hill and the US embassy.  

Living and Dining Area

Supermarkets are directly beneath our block, famous restaurants, foodcourt & bars arejust a stone's throwaway from us. Nature lovers can enjoy 10min jog to Singapore Botanical Gardens (Main entrance Tanglin Core) or Dempsey Hill.  Orchard Road is just at our doorstep- multiplex cinema, Japanese supermarket, boutiques & more within reach under 5mins walk.

Kitchen

There is 24 hour security for the apartment. Apartment is huge, fully air-conditioned & fully furnished. There is also a lovely balcony for you to chill out and enjoy the city lights. Kitchen will be fully equipped for cooking (pots, cutlery, crockery, microwave, etc) Full laundry facilities(i.e. washer, dryer, iron,hanging racks), weekly maid cleaning services, cable TV & apartment wide wireless internet coverage will be provided.
